Announcing CENTRIC’s New CRM


This year we at CENTRIC Group have taken our dedication to service to another level through the implementation of our new CRM. Powered by Salesforce, this CRM gives us the opportunity to build a more personal relationship with each client while also allowing us to streamline our business operations, ensuring we can provide the best possible service to each client. This new service model provides CENTRIC with a 360-view of each client, which saves us time and adds efficiency and security to the service we provide.


We understand that each of our clients and partners is busy, so we have committed to giving them with the best communication tools on the market. With this new service model, we are adding a secure and sophisticated cloud infrastructure, along with a mobile CRM app, providing a new level of flexibility for CENTRIC as well as for our partners and clients. To support these new features, we are also adding a variety of integration options which will allow us to map all of our business processes more effectively and add another boost to our overall efficiency.


Finally, as an added security feature, our new CRM has accessibility options which allow us to decide who can access our customers’ data and who cannot. Nothing is more important to CENTRIC than the relationships we’ve been fortunate to build. We look forward to preserving those relationships and building even more with the support of our new CRM.
